The Madonna and Child watch over the main room; this unsigned painting, dating from 1786 comes from the Varennes church. To its left, two paintings attributed to Louis-Joseph Dulongpré (1759 – 1843), portraying Jacques and Cécile Cartier, the father and aunt of Sir George-Étienne Cartier. |
