Listen to Jo Maple’s stories about Nanabush, and be inspired by Daphne Odjig’s illustrations of this legend when you meet artist Simon Brascoupé for a painting workshop. In conjunction with the Daphne Odjig exhibit.

Children’s Day in Turkey

Children’s Day is celebrated in many countries around the world, such as Japan, Korea and Turkey. These celebrations recognize the value and importance of children. Today, we celebrate with the Turkish community through music, dance and food. Ages 5 and under.

Join us for an environmental art adventure in the Studio! Express your creativity and love of nature as you work with others to create a work of art using organic materials such as branches, stones and flowers. At the Theatre, explore the four seasons with Tante Caroline and Noisette the squirrel in an interactive bilingual performance at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m., or stop by The Factory, where you can decorate an environmentally friendly bag to go shopping.
