Gatineau, Quebec, April 24 2007 — Come discover a world of music! On April 29, come to the Canadian Museum of Civilization to hear young chamber musicians of the Conservatoire de musique de Gatineau. These young musicians will be showcasing their instruments and talents in various locations across the Museum.The Conservatoire de musique de Gatineau is the only establishment in the Outaouais region authorized by the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports to provide college-level training in music. The establishment is also the only one in the Outaouais, Quebec region to provide higher-level music education accepted as an equivalent to undergraduate university studies.
