Celebrate Japanese culture at the Canadian Children’s Museum

Gatineau, Quebec, November 9, 2006 – The Canadian Children’s Museum, located in the Canadian Museum of Civilization (CMC), is taking part in the Japanese festivities held throughout the month of November at the CMC. On the weekend of November 18 and 19, join in the fun by building your own carp-shaped kite, sampling tea made during a traditional tea ceremony led by Camellia Teas of Ottawa, and have your name written in Japanese katakana. These activities will be ongoing throughout the weekend. Don’t miss out on the fun!
