The lateral stone walls of this commercial building - constructed in 1928 for the Legaré furniture store, which closed in 1979 - are from the original structure built on this site in 1888. Following an era of video arcades, bars and discotheques, the classic modern style of Le Faubourg became fashionable again, and the building now houses a variety of specialty shops.
