The Island of Hull

This aerial photo illustrates that the city of Hull is in effect an island. The photo is not dated, but is from the early part of the twentieth century. Lac Leamy appears at bottom, St-Joseph Boulevard on the far right. The Interprovincial Bridge and the Chaudière Falls are quite easy to pick out. The photo comes from the collection of G. Brunet of Gatineau.
