A fold-out pamphlet entitled Fermes Gratuites (Free Farms) was produced by the Canadian Pacific Railway for circulation among expatriate French Canadians living in the United States, ca. 1892. The illustrations were done in New York City. This pamphlet was distributed in France in the mid-1890s.

The Canadian government produced this Swedish-language fold-out pamphlet ca.1893. Written for circulation in Sweden, it was probably also distributed in the United States.
