Jessica Somers, born in Sudbury, Ontario, currently resides in Lavigne, Ontario. She is Odanak Abenaki, with a Métis heritage from her grandmother. Her grandmother’s passion for creating scenic and wildlife paintings profoundly influenced Jessica.
