The Ateliers, located on the same floor as the Grand Hall and the Douglas Cardinal Salon, offer a versatile space ideal for meetings, workshops, or breakout sessions. This flexible venue can be used as one large room or divided into two smaller spaces with a movable curtain wall. It accommodates various set-ups, including classroom, boardroom, round tables, and theatre-style arrangements. Equipped with a screen and adaptable to different needs, the Ateliers provide the perfect environment for productive and collaborative events.

Theatre: 152 guests
Round Tables: 120 guests
Round Tables for presentation: 72 guests
Classroom: 33 guests (one Atelier)
U-Shape: 25 guests (one Atelier)

Rental fee

$1,050 plus tax.
Non-profit and government organizations receive a 15% discount.

Tables and chairs, and their set-up.
Tablecloths for the tables.
Services of a Production Coordinator.
Front-projection screen (clients must bring their own projector and laptop).
Standard cleaning before and after the event.
Basic Wi-Fi internet service (100 Mbps).
Liability insurance for special events.
Easels (maximum of four included with rental; an additional $35 per easel per day applies).

Rental of technical equipment and services of technical staff by the Museum’s supplier (sound, light and audiovisual).
Translation and simultaneous interpretation services through an external provider.
Additional staff depending on the type of event (security, logistics, maintenance, etc.).

Museum entrance fees and guided tours.
Parking ($13 per vehicle per day. Prepaid vouchers can be reserved for guests.)
