This bronze and glass Tiffany inkwell, with its art nouveau floral motif, belonged to J. R. Booth, a famous lumber baron who lived in Ottawa during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Designed by the well-known New York store, this inkwell was an expression of success and high social status.
